It also covers the resolution of day to day problems, minor ‘on request’ changes to enhance functionality and support the delivery of new Systems Management capability from projects into production ensuring that they meet the operational standard laid down. Finally the role will cover the ongoing management and maintenance of the Systems Management infrastructure used as the core to delivery of the services.
