B) The Candidates should possess the following Requirements: i) 2+ years of experience developing software. ii) Strong & extensive exposure to C++ programming and application development. iii) Deep understanding of and experience applying advanced object-oriented design and development principles. iv) Scripting knowledge – Unix / Shell / Perl / Python. v) Experience in Unix based development environment. vi) Understanding of internet technologies and protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, SMTP, etc.). vii) Experience developing data-driven applications using an industry standard RDBMS (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, MySQL, including strong data architecture and SQL development skills is a plus. viii) Experience applying software design patterns. ix) Experience with unit testing (preferably utilizing Test Driven Development) and tools. x) Self-starter / demonstrated ability to initiate and drive continuous improvement. xi) Good communication skills. xii) Strong debugging and problem resolution skills. xiii) Good team player. xiv) Knowledge about online payments and related domains is a plus. C) Responsibilities: i) Perform high quality software analysis, design, development, testing and maintenance for the client’s core technology platform. ii) Be able to self-organize and work effectively within a small team with minimal supervision. iii) Be highly adaptable and able to quickly ramp-up on emerging technologies, industry practices and processes. D) Experience : 2-5yrs E) Job Location : Chennai. 4) JD for C++ Lead : A) EXPERIENCE, CHARACTERISTICS & KEY SELECTION CRITERIA: i) Educational/ Professional Qualifications (Essential): BE/ BTech/ MCA/ Msc. ii) Good Communication Skills. iii) Excellent Professional & Academic Record. B) EXP: 5-8 Years. C) Work Location: CHENNAI. D) The Candidates should possess the following Requirements: i) 5+ years of experience developing software. ii) Strong & extensive exposure to C++ Programming and application development. iii) Deep understanding of and extensive experience applying advanced object-oriented design and development principles. iv) Experience in Unix based development environment. v) Scripting knowledge – Unix / Shell / Perl / Python. vi) Experience applying software design patterns. vii) Experience developing data-driven applications using an industry standard RDBMS (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, MySQL, etc.), including strong data architecture and SQL development skills. viii) Thorough understanding of internet technologies and protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, SMTP, etc.). ix) Experience with unit testing (preferably utilizing Test Driven Development) and tools. x) Strong understanding of industry best practices such as software refactoring. xi) Self-starter / demonstrated ability to initiate and drive continuous improvement. xii) Strong communication skills. xiii) Strong debugging and problem resolution skills. xiv) Experience using industry standard software development tools (IDE / Version Control / Continuous Integration). xv) Good leader and team player. xvi) Expertise in online payments and related domains is a plus.
