How to Hire New Employees?

With the increasing Jobs in India , the trend of hiring employees have changed over a period of time, while hiring for new employees Employers now need to look upon other factors as well apart from their experiences and educational background. Some of the points to be kept in mind are: Identify Attitude, Intelligence and Energy: Never judge an employee with his experience, this is something which you can give while training and development , so its better to find the kind of attitude a person carries and then try to match the current profile requirement with that. Test the intelligence level and the energy level of the employee which will help the organization in a better manner. Go for someone who is hungry, not starving: Always hire an employee who is eager to work in your organization so that they can show their zeal and enthusiasm but if you will take a person who is starving, he will just jump into the first thing which is in hand Learn about their past: Find out what best and worst happened in their life, simple questions with which you can judge the personality of the person and as you know that history repeats itself Keep the probation period of 90 days at least: During this time you can make out how enthusiastic the person is and how you can actually take the best out of him and moreover a person can not fake for so long. By taking these point into consideration you can actually find a better employee to work for you.
