Analyze the operational procedures and processes within the client institution and also investigate work practices in related units / agencies. 3. Analyses user requirements and help project team in generating system requirements. 4. Participate in the functional testing of the application prior to delivery. 5. Support the post – sales activities such as training, implementation support etc. 6. Conduct training and workshops to transition product know how Jobholder Profile: The jobholder will be a university graduate in engineering, with a postgraduate degree in management. He/she should possess good communication and interpersonal skills. He/she should be able to analyze business situations objectively and logically and must have the ability to comprehend business requirements. The jobholder is expected to acquire drive, initiative, creativity and commitment to develop and activities of the organization. The jobholder must also acquire skills to communicate well with the projects and departments of the organization. The jobholder should have good knowledge in passenger services domain and should understand and have in depth knowledge of key functions in any of the following areas: Passenger Reservation Departure Control Fare Quote & Ticketing Revenue Accounting The candidate should have hands on experience in preparing business and system requirements documentation in any of the aforementioned functional areas. Exposure to integration of system interfaces like GDS, E-Ticketing, Fare Quote & Revenue Accounting systems will be an added advantage.
