Strong programming skill in C / C++ is required for all positions SKILLS: Video Codec Development and Optimization: • Implementation and optimization of video algorithms • RISC, DSP and accelerator based processors • Standards: MPEG-4, H.264, WMV,VP7/8, SVC, MVC Video Codec Validation: • Black box, white box and automation testing of video codecs • Design and Development of Test cases, frameworks & scripting • Video quality evaluation Android Software Development: • Development and customization of Android framework & apps • Proficient in various Android tools & debugging • Exposure to SKIA, SurfaceFlinger, HAL &Telephony is a plus Embedded Device Driver Development: • Design, development and optimization of device drivers • Device drivers: LCD, Camera, Audio/Video, memory, USB • Kernel level knowledge on Embedded Linux or WinCE Embedded Multimedia System Development: • Frameworks: GStreamer, OpenMax, OpenCore, Stagefright, DShow • File formats (MP4, AVI, MKV, ..) and media protocols (RTP, SIP, UPnP, ..) • Platforms: Android, Embedded Linux, WinCE SOC Validation: • Familiarity with pre/post-silicon validation and debugging • IP modules: USB, Ethernet, I2C, SPI, UART, SD, SDIO, Timers • Familiarity with: Oscilloscope, Protocol /Logic Analyzers, JTAG This information is available at http://itjobsdelhi.blogspot.com.
