Team Leader / Senior Engineers / Mid Level Engineers: Experience of overall 7 years (Min 2 years team lead experience as Tech Lead) Senior Engineer/Tech. Architect with 7+ years exp Mid Level Engineers with min. of 5 years exp. Knowlegde: C#.Net (v3.5) and ASP.NET, MS .Net Framework 3.5 SP1, iBATIS framework, MS Reporting Servuices 2008, SQL server 2000/2005/2008, Java, JBOSS, JAVA base Tomcat applications, XMLMSMQ, AJAX, JavaScript, Web Services & Windows Sservices, IIS, NTFS and Clustered environments Additional knowledge of WSDL, SOAP protocols, MSMQ SQL SERVER DBA/DEVELOPER 5 to 10 Years experience in .NET development with atleast 2 Years performing, production DBA role at a significant MS SQL Server installation, experience of Transactional SQL, DTS/SSIS, stored procedures, script writing, preferably with experience of SQL Server 2008, SQL Server Clustering, Replication, SSRS, Log Shipping, Installation and configuration of SQL Server. Web Designer 3 Years experience in coding in HTML, CSS to crate web controls and image that are optimized for page controls and images that are optimized for page load design using Photoshop, ability to craft intuitive digital experience and user interface for web, mobile or other digital platforms, understand and apply best practice in usability, accessibility and web standards.
